In order to help push the initiative forward in helping protect the environment.  We have to look at a broader approach.  For years, Solar and Clean Energy has only been offered to homeowners.  At King & Corbin we believe every deserves to live in a energy efficient home, whether it's a renter or homeowner.  Our plan is to make sure that renters get the same advantages as homeowners, which will help reduce energy cost.  And we pass the savings along to the renters to make a more affordable rental.  Who said you can't have your cake and eat it too?
